Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with team members across departments, manage resources, and track project performance to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor and report on project progress, status, and KPIs.
- Lead regular project meetings and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
- Support change management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Familiarity with resource planning and financial tracking.
- Experience managing technical, digital, or software projects.
- Working knowledge of tools like Confluence, Slack, or Smartsheet.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (depending on role level).
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
